• Brush your teeth twice per day with a soft-bristled brush.
• The size and shape of your toothbrush should fit your mouth and allow you to reach all areas easily.
• Place your toothbrush on a 45-degree angle to the gums
• Brush all surfaces of the teeth: outer, inner and chewing surfaces.
• Spend at least 30 seconds per quadrant or two minutes for the whole mouth.
• Use a fluoridated, low abrasive type of toothpaste.
